Ownership means a result, not a slogan
A role is described by the outcomes it decides — which products go live, which supplier is chosen, which customer problem gets solved — not by adjectives about attitude.
Careers
This is not the stage of testing whether barware sells. On the business, the brand and the systems that already exist, we are going to widen the international operation and the organisation — and you would take on the parts you can, alongside us.
What is already there
Foundation — already working
An operating barware business with real customers and real orders.
Relationships with domestic suppliers, and the manufacturing setup behind the products.
More than ten years of experience accumulated in one product category.
Building — what is missing
Brand: how to bring BARSOUL to professionals.
Systems: the tooling that keeps orders, stock and data accurate.
International operation: markets, logistics and multiple languages.
Organisation: the way of working we can still decide, at the size we are now.
How we talk about the work
A role is described by the outcomes it decides — which products go live, which supplier is chosen, which customer problem gets solved — not by adjectives about attitude.
Location, hours, salary range, probation, benefits, reporting line and visa support where applicable. If a condition is not written down, assume we have not decided it yet — and ask.
It is an employment relationship. Chaos is not speed, overtime is not growth, and warmth is not a substitute for clear terms.
Open positions
As the business grows, though, new roles will appear. If there is something you would like to take on using your experience and expertise, write to us freely.
Process
Tell us which part of the business you would take and what you have actually done that is close to it.
Including when the answer is no. A silent rejection wastes your time.
Not a personality test — a discussion of an actual problem the company has.
Before any decision is asked of you, the terms are in writing.
Tell us what you would take responsibility for. That is a more useful message than a cover letter.
