Destination country decides shipping method, cost and sometimes whether the product can be sent at all. Tell us the destination first.

Product, packing, freight and the terms — quoted together so the landed cost is visible before you commit.

Documentation and packing appropriate to the route. Customs duties and import requirements in your country remain yours.

Tracking, arrival check, and a defect process that does not depend on which country you are in.
Can you ship to my country?
Ask with the destination and the product. Some items are restricted by material or by carrier, and we would rather tell you now than after payment.
Can we be your distributor in our market?
That is a partnership conversation rather than an order. Tell us your channel, your market and what you can commit to.
Do you have offices outside Japan?
We do not publish an office list we cannot substantiate. The registered company, its address and its representative are on the company profile page.
